What to report, how to verify
A draft on disclosure, computation and certificate format. It does not rank technology routes; it fixes conventions.

Conformity levels
Disclosure / recompute / review. Unlabelled certificates should not cite the document.
Regression cases
Annex D provides a runnable reference with a 10⁻⁶ threshold.
Three hard clauses
State it, or point to it
The abstract should give input squeezing and total link loss, or name the table or figure where they are.
"See main text" is not disclosure
A pointer without a specific location does not constitute verifiable disclosure.
Pre-amplification must be reported
With a phase-sensitive amplifier, do not substitute total loss into the transfer law; report gain and position.
Three model classes, kept apart
Clause 8 is split by what is being traded: additive loss, readout noise, multiplicative rate.
